I had kept an article about Absolute Roof Solutions that was written in the Vancouver Sun over ten years ago. I was lucky to find them. Shane, a courteous and efficient company representative, gave me a booklet about what questions to initially ask about a roofing job. I also received a written estimate with two options for doing the job, both at reasonable rates. A written guarantee was delivered by Shane after the job was done. The workmen came to do the job at the time agreed upon.

He arrived to do the work at the time he promised and he completed the work on time. The team did quality work, and cleaned up right down to using a magnet to pick up nails. Sid did a quality job for a fair price, and his work demonstrates his commitment to professionalism, honesty and fairness.

They completed the job in the time quoted came in under budget and didn't charge me for some extra waste removal so he could come in on budget. You don't see companies go the extra mile like this often, it is nice to see that people still care. I cant say enough good things about my experience and will use then again on other projects. Excellent customer service and workmanship. They responded quickly and were careful to explain the process and products available. The crew was organized professional and efficient. They arrived early at 7 am and worked diligently all day and completed the new roof on our house as well as replacing the old venting ducts.
