I had kept an article about Absolute Roof Solutions that was written in the Vancouver Sun over ten years ago. I was lucky to find them. Shane, a courteous and efficient company representative, gave me a booklet about what questions to initially ask about a roofing job. I also received a written estimate with two options for doing the job, both at reasonable rates. A written guarantee was delivered by Shane after the job was done. The workmen came to do the job at the time agreed upon.

Rob Jack and his crew did an amazing job of re-roofing our cabin. Rob is honest, efficient, reliable, and gets back to you if you text or call. We have used Rob before and would recommend him to anyone looking for a new roof or repairs to an older roof. As I was about to get into my car to go to work, David from Topside pulls up across the street to work on a roof. I told him about a problem with my soffits, thinking perhaps he could fix my problem while in the area. David says, "I'll fix it right now!" I said, "I am just leaving for work; how will I pay you?" He says, "I'll do it for free." He did. In a day when we all tend to be suspicious of contractors, this guy restored my confidence. Super friendly, good work. Brad, in Kits.

We had a roof done about about a month ago. Tyler did a great job, we have no complaints. He answered the phone when we tried to reach him and he finished in record time although he was very busy at the time. We had a couple of questions about the work and he did what we asked without question. We would not only hire him again, we would recommend him to anyone who needs a roof done.. Despite a bit of a scheduling juggle at the beginning, these guys did a great job on my roof! They were fast and efficient on a very challenging roof and they left the site as clean as they found it. They came back to address one issue (a piece of my gutter went missing and we couldn’t find it to put it back together) afterward in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely recommend them.
