Sid explained clearly the many options that he could make available to us. He gave us a written estimate of three options based on a 30, 40 and 50 year warrantee and outlined the benefits of each. He arrived to do the work at the time he promised and he completed the work on time. The team did quality work, and cleaned up right down to using a magnet to pick up nails. Sid did a quality job for a fair price, and his work demonstrates his commitment to professionalism, honesty and fairness.

Excellent customer service and workmanship. They responded quickly and were careful to explain the process and products available. The crew was organized professional and efficient. They arrived early at 7 am and worked diligently all day and completed the new roof on our house as well as replacing the old venting ducts. They cleaned up all around the house, no remnants of debris of any kind. Highly recommend the company it was a straight forward, hassle free, honest and reliable experience.

Chris and his team were very knowledgeable and gave the best price. They took the time to explain everything and even covered up my plants to protect them. They found some rot in my roof, photographed it and replaced the plywood at no cost. My roof looks great! They cleaned up everything and even took away some junk at no cost! Direct Roofing were top notch on a quality craftsman job on our premium cedar roof. Not only was the craftsmanship excellent but they gave us exceptional customer service throughout the job. They don’t have 10 stars so I’ll leave it at 5. We were more than happy with our experience with First class roofing. During the pandemic - First class was the ONLY one that sat with us outside, showed us pictures he took and what the problem areas were. Would recommend to use this company!!
