Every time I go their they're always nice to me when I enter the mac store minus not like every time their in a bad mood but it's not their fault if their in a bad mood in a certain day maybe they didn't get enough sleep or something you people shouldn't get annoyed at the staff if their in a bad mood. Shame on you people for putting down put downs to the staff they don't deserver your disrespect for when their in a bad mood just treat them with respect for when their in a bad mood.

The nicest building in town. Light, midsize, and large cabin jets. Some propeller planes too, however those do not have the executive cabins (not the ones I have been on anyway). Best part is the service (people!) and knowing that they do not cut corners when it comes to safety.

The entire team is FANTASTIC! We hired Simply Elegant for our Winter Celebration party at Skyview (amazing venue). Jade, Peter and Sharon took our vision of a New Orleans theme and nailed it - from the décor, drinks, food, performers...we all felt like we were transported there. I was impressed at the type of décor they had access to. We came to SE on very short notice. They don't leave you enough room to tell ur story. Bottom line, I had a complaint. The manager dealt with it in an exemplary fashion, and then, continued to go above and beyond. I had the rack of Lamb. It was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. There are limited options in this neck of the woods. It's a bit pricier than the average place around here. But, the meals are worth it. I'm leaving as a very satisfied customer. I will be back.

I would strongly recommend visiting this Spa. I booked a last minute massage since I could not get into my usual spot at another Spa. From the time I arrived for my appointment the staff was friendly and very welcoming. They did everything to make me feel comfortable - I am definitely planning on visiting again.

Myself, my husband and our 3 kids went to a competitors bank branch in Airdrie with money in hand to open up savings accounts for each of my kids. Unfortunately, we were told that without an appointment, they couldn't help us out or open new account for us. We left, disappointed, and decided to drop by the Royal Bank branch on main street in Airdrie to see if they could fit us in. While they were extremely busy with many customers in line, a wonderful account manager came and helped us, fit us in right away, and spent an hour with us opening accounts for my kids. She even made the experience fun for them! I was totally impressed. We are transferring all our accounts to this branch. Can't speak highly enough of them.
