Staff are conscientious and very helpful. You are not just another customer. They gave me the impression that they truly wanted to do the best job they could and make me happy with my hearing aids. Answered any and all questions thoroughly. They want satisfied customers.
Parking and access is very good.

Went for hearing test and had every detail of the process explained carefully. Cathy provided me with a wealth of information to help me determine how to proceed after viewing the results. Opted for hearing aides and Cathy took a great deal of time to explain all of the possible options. Laura, the receptionist, was a treat to work with setting up follow up appointments. The new hearing aids were throughly explained to me and Cathy made sure all of my questions were answered before I left.
