Prompt, professional tree removal… everything done from the air with scissor arm and cherry picker truck...sawyer and groundcrew very safety conscious... Face screens, hardhats, ear protectors... had a large, scary 60-foot tree and they removed it beautifully. Branches chipped... blocks cut to manageable sizes, stacked neatly if requested, or they will haul them away if you prefer. Yard and alleyway raked, debris all removed. John and his Protec team have worked on four houses we have bought over the years. John and his crew are always polite and do a super job on anything electrical. From rewiring an old knob and tube house to wiring a new house or business and as simple or complex alarm system as needed. Protec has also done small jobs for us over the years, adding a couple of outlets, inside the house and outside. John and his Protec crew have pretty well done it all for us over the years, always at a very fair price and always right the first time!

There was a recent wind storm that caused major damage to our property from a fallen tree. We called Royal Wood Tree for an estimate, and they showed up immediately to give us one. Having said that, their price was excellent for the job they had to take on. Their crew showed up on time and were very professional. They removed the hazardous tree in no time and left no mess. I would definitely recommend this company more than any other!

I took my very neglected ( not by me ) 2008 Dodge Charger SRT8 to Vince and asked him to restore it mechanically to its former glory so to speak .Stating at the front working to the back and then top to bottom he identified and repaired all that was wrong while the whole time staying in contact with me explaining fully what was needed and why. This guy is the most easy going ,honest individual I have ever had the pleasure of giving my business to,I never write reviews but felt I had to this time

Sean was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. His background as an engineer and his years operating in the city have given him firsthand knowledge of literally almost every building in that we inquired on. Although my wife and I were eager to complete on several apartments, and Sean could surely have converted us into a quick sale, he preached patience and talked us back from the brink of making a couple offers we would have come to regret. My car was towed last night and I called them last night and went to the tow yard but nobody answered phoned and nobody was at yard. I went today and the owner explained that he was away and his employee forgot to forward the office phone...he was super nice and waived the storage fee and dolly fee for us:)

I have been using Dave's services 11 years. I would never go to anyone else. I am sure there are others out there with the same qualifications, but you will never find a more honest, helpful person to help you when you are in need of maintenance or are at your wits end and are looking for a hammer.
Dave is always busy, but never too busy to answer a question. He always keeps you undated on any virus out there. He never overcharges. Try him out once and you will be a client for life.

needed a car towed asap. Called the night on tuesday evening to see about wednesday morning, thursday way available but they managed to sneak me in wednesday just like i wanted. Driver showed up 30 mins early and called and I wasnt there but was on my way and she waited until i arrived at 8:50. didnt bail like i thought they would. good experience and got $50 for getting ride of my headache. Cant remember the drivers name but she was excellent and very pleasant and genuine.
