I am very pleased with this company. The gentleman that attended my residence was very polite and pleasant to talk with, He assured me that I will not have any more RAT problems. He explained to me the chemicals he was using and informed me that they are in no way toxic to myself my husband or our pet. phoned CTC on Sunday, said they couldn't look at it till Wednesday. They had no record my appointment. After a hour and a half wait they said they couldn't fix it. Call muffler man they said bring it right in. Soon as I arrived they took it right in in a few minutes they gave me a very reasonable quote and could have it fixed in 45 minutes. Thanks
