Someone here had sold me the wrong size printer cartridge, when I went back to return it without the receipt they gave me store credit. Being stubborn i wanted my money back so I went to my house to find the original receipt. Although I had bought the product more than 1 month ago the staff there made accommodations for me so that I could get back what I felt I deserved. All in all, I wasn't the easier customer of the day but not once did they make me feel like my issues weren't valid. Thanks!!

Every single person in this office is amazing! I have never been happy leaving the dentist before and for the first time in my life I did. Dr. Fawzi is very patient and takes the time to explain everything so that it is easier for us non dental people to understand. The two girls at the front desk are some of the nicest people I have ever met. I’m so glad I found this hidden gem!!

Advanced Respiratory in Sherwood Park has been my provider for all of my sleep apnea needs for years! The staff there is extremely friendly & helpful! Their level of care and concern for their clients is off the charts! You always leave there feeling educated, heard and valued! My husband and I had excellent service with Derrick Dodge. We had a car accident and had to replace our car. We had difficulties with our credit because of our destroyed car. Geraldine Coolidge and her staff are great. They are very professional, helpful and come very highly recommended by myself. When I was loosing my hearing, I did not know who to turn to as other ear centers were not very helpful at all. I contacted Coolidge Hearing by email and immediately the next day they contacted me back by phone. I explained my situation to Geraldine and she offered a solution to my hearing problems when others would not. Great job!!!
