I woke up yesterday to flooding in my basement and immediately googled Flood restoration in the GTA. The first company that came up was 5 Start Cleaning. I called the line and Bob diligently instructed me on how he was going to remove the water from my basement. His crew arrived 20 minutes later and worked on my basement all morning. Bob provided updates and Lisa called later in the day to check up on everything. Very good customer service. I would definitely recommend Bob and his crew!

My wife & I just completed a whole home renovation. I cannot say enough positive things about Evan and his team. They were simply FABULOUS. The quality of their work is top notch, they are meticulous in their attention to detail, they went above and beyond the call of duty, were just a pleasure to work with and COMPLETELY eliminated any worry we might have had going into a project like this. Simply amazing. I frantically called on Monday morning after running the cisterns from my gravity-fed well completely dry from watering the grass (little did I know it was about to rain). Steward arrived a few short hours later, fixed it in a jiffy and adjusted my pump for better water pressure. He was amazing. As was the gentlemen who took my call, since he was very knowledgable and knew just what needed to happen. I will never call anyone else.
