After experiencing a problem with my garage door track and having difficulty opening and closing the door with the opener I called Rivett for help. Kevin came over the same day and was very thorough in investigating the problem. Turned out that I just needed a part and some maintenance on the track. Much to my surprise only a few minor repairs were required and it has been working perfectly ever since. I appreciated Kevin's honesty and quality work.

One of our coworkers lost his keys to the building and it became a huge security breach. We called Royal Security at 8:45am and they came by 3pm to replace all of our 9 outside locks of the building. Considering the stress the loss of keys caused we were all able to leave work at 5:30pm knowing our premises were secure again. Thank You to the Royal staff that helped us out so fast. I called to get the cable repaired on my garage door. They were not the first company I called. No one would even look at it fir 3 or 4 days. DMAC came and had it repaired within hours. VERY happy with the service and competitive pricing. Love that it is family run! Will definitely call next time my garage door needs repair and will recommend to friends.
