Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed! Their rates are reasonable and the quality of service is quite high. I highly recommend them.

Dennis is a wonderful human being very down to earth and is always willing to take the extra mile to make his customers happy!Trust me your car work is 100% done safe and efficiently, also done with extra car!Never had a complaint.Always a job well done! Prices were more than fair and the mechanic was honest about pricing and warranties. Very knowledgeable and fixed my issue very quickly. I waited in the reception area while it was being repaired and was frequently updated on what was going on with my car. HIGHLY recommend for women drivers who are wary of Mechanic shops because this guy EXPLAINS the issues and uses new parts with Warranty. No used parts. A great experience.

Nabi (who runs the shop) is kind, helpful and friendly. They are trustworthy, reliable, reasonably priced, never try to take advantage of people. As a result, they are busy .. but do their best to fit clients in. A tow truck driver suggested this shop and he was right. Five-year customer.
