I love Canadian Tire and yes it can be a pain looking for a product but most stores operate this way. It is a self serve business model which has been in effect for years since I worked for one of their stores back in the 1970's.

I have found this Rona store to be great on pricing and customer service .A very large improvmeant from what it was some years ago with the old owners. The staff are very polite and helpfull.

Best experience I've had at an oil change place! I used to go to the Penzoil in Vernon for 3 years...for some reason it was always so expensive. Jiffy Lube showed me a 'new' fuel filter they put in which was used. SA & Westbank location will honestly tell me if I need something or I don't. Great price and great service! Never going back to a different oil change place. Now I always come here :)

This company is beyond excellent. I cannot say enough about the service we had. We needed a type 3 septic system and Shuswap Septic did the install. It was a very difficult and complicated job because of limited space and setbacks from the lake. The finished product was amazing. I was fortunate to pick the best company in business.
