I recently had Mr. Electric out to my house to change some plugs. The managers in the office Susan and Sheena were able to book my appointment with in two days. The technician Ben quoted the work and the price was fair and reasonable. He was able to do the job right after he quoted it. Everyone that I spoke with from start to finish made the experience easy. Dale and his crew came out to our place a few times in Warren to give a quote and answer all our questions about putting in a furnace, air conditioner and ductwork. They were courteous and conducted themselves professionally. They were able to handle any problems that came up and met if not exceeded expectations.
