Hi have been going to Kelly's Studio for years. She always makes me feel welcome and loved. She is honest about what is best for me and I appreciate that. I always come out feeling great. She has also been seeing my boys. Once they hit puberty, I let Kelly show them how to take care of their skin. Once in a while they go for a youth facial. My 21 year old still drops in for a facial when back from University.

XC Art called me to advise that I had overpaid for a restoration. They credited my account. How easy it would have been for them to ignore the overpayment. These folks showed integrity and decency. I am extremely impressed with their care.

I've been here a number of times and I'm never disappointed! Its a great place to bring friends to try something delicious and unique. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. I was there on a recent Saturday evening at 5:30 and had to wonder, though, why the hostess felt compelled to inform me that my table was booked at 7:30. It felt rather rude and unwelcoming. I have no control over the efficiency of your kitchen or servers. There must be a better way. A sign? A note on your website?

One of our coworkers lost his keys to the building and it became a huge security breach. We called Royal Security at 8:45am and they came by 3pm to replace all of our 9 outside locks of the building. Considering the stress the loss of keys caused we were all able to leave work at 5:30pm knowing our premises were secure again. Thank You to the Royal staff that helped us out so fast. Royal is very knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Royal to other companies. Dave

These guys were amazing. I didn't expect such a good customer experience with them. They did a professional job. Maybe you'll ask why then I did put 4 stars. Then that's because of a fast job they did. So far I'm good till now, no problem since they fixed my basement (waterproofing), because it's two months now. As I promised Alex, here's my review after 2 months. Till now, all rains outside didn't gave me any problem so far. Will see it till winter. Hopefully I won't need to leave a bad review
