I contacted DeMark for a furnace quote and from the very beginning their sales representative was extremely helpful and straightforward. From calling them initially on Friday morning, they managed to book our installation the very next day on Saturday morning. Called for a repair/inspection as my evaporator coil was icing up, and asked to confirm that if low refrigerant was the problem that they could top up with R22. Technician phoned back and indicated they had no R22 in stock (no longer manufactured), and explained some other indicators of low refrigerant. Thoroughly explained options and I highly recommend them for their diligence and explanation of options.
