I just wanted to rate my experience with McNeil's towing. We had a little mishap on Friday morning in Elmsdale and the gentleman who came to tow us out of a ditch was absolutely fantastic. Pop-A-Lock replaced my mailbox key 2 years ago. I called today as the key has been getting stuck for quite sometime now, explained what was happening and he quoted me then said he would be at my place today. I thought the key was getting jammed and I needed a new key/lock. When the rep arrived, he put WD40 in the key slot, tightened the screw a bit and then everything worked fine. I feel a tad ripped off, that they could have suggested I try WD40 before paying a service call of $75. Not happy.

I use my Subaru for fishing, hunting, gardening, lumber, mountain bikes, dogs, and living a good ol’ muddy rough and tumble life. Yellow Labrador retriever in a black cloth car…. ‘nuff said.
This is an owner-operator business, and the friendly and fastidious attention to detail shines through. I bring my filthy Subaru there once a year for a deep clean. After four years I should be prepared to be wowed when I pick it up, but every time it’s still jaw-dropping! Try it. You’ll see! ?
