I called the dealership to arrange for my son’s car which had been sitting for over 18 months to get road worthy. I spoke with Angela and April and both ladies were exceptional in their service and their knowledge. The technician went above and beyond and the invoice was bang on what I was told. The purchase and service of my vehicle at Mid-Toronto Mitsubishi was very good. They give me a car wash after each service and they are knowledgeable about the products they sell. Ron (Sales) and Steve (Service) really take care of their customers. I look forward to getting my car serviced at Mid-Toronto Mitsubishi.

Went here to look at a vehicle. I was left alone for to browse for a while, then was approached by a salesman who just asked if I had any questions. Talked with him for a bit, and he brought me to their storage area where they had the exact vehicle I was interested in.
He was very polite and professional, and didn't try to push me into his office for high pressure sales tactics.
While I didn't buy a Mazda, when I'm in the market for a new car, I'd definitely head back here.

I’ve had a great experience. I came a bit early because I haven’t been here before and they took my car early to get finished early so I can go about my day. I was greeted right away by Quaisom (service reception) and it continued to be a good experience. James and Sandy were also very good.

Over the weekend I took my car in to get its regular service, it was my first time at this location and I must say i WILL return. The staff was so helpful and eager to meet all my needs. Cody shared excellent knowledge about my 2011 RVR and the salesmen were all friendly towards my Husband and I.
I look forward to going there again and I will refer my friends and family to them.
