Pharmacy department is outstanding for their knowledge, helpfulness and friendliness. A special thank you to Breanne D who has made my life so much easier these past two months with issues I have had regarding my mother's prescriptions. She has definitely gone above and beyond, especially when she pointed out to us that she could not in good conscience fill one of the prescriptions without talking to my mother's doctor...who ended up lowering the dosage as per her suggestion.

I was so sorry in leaving Ladysmith as the staff were so great and helpful for me. I am deaf and they let me contact by email and the delivery guy made sure I got my meds when I couldn't hear them come to the door. Entire staff are super nice and friendly. Going to miss them so much
