I brought my vehicle into them with a tire problem on short notice. They took the vehicle in, was able to solve the problem and have my vehicle ready when I needed it. I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department.
This not a complaint at all.
I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
This positive change has, I think, has been a result of a change in branch managers.

Great service at Kal Tire. I had a tire problem years ago near Provost and Kal tire there stayed after hours to get me back on the road within an hour and a half. I’ve done to Lois and her Kal Tire in Lacombe ever since. Great service in Lacombe too!

The staff at Kal Tire are fantastic!! They provide excellent service, quality work and go above and beyond to please the customer. We have been customers for years and have been extremely satisfied. Prices are reasonable and service is prompt. I would highly recommend Kal Tire, Med. Hat box spring road to anyone! You will not be disappointed!

Went to have my all-season exchanged for all-weather recently.
Was told it would take up to one hour and a half and it was done in that time frame. Great service. Fair price. Will go there again.
