If you want straight, to the point, no nonsense service with a few laughs then go see Salim. We have purchased 10 cars and counting over the yrs and have never had an issue Salim takes care of us. Why drive all the way to Barrie to a big box store to get you hardwares? I find great service and a fair selection in Alcona. Sometimes I don't find everything I need but I always get greeted by friendly people and very knowledgable about the products. Keep up the great service guys!

Was always a home depot shopper due to its proximity to my house.one day i decided to go to lowes cz they had a good deal on bbq. The customer service was phenominal. I was greeted as soon as i arrived by a young and ready to help associate. I ended up buying more than just bbqs. Never goin back to HD again,u never get this kinda service there. Cheers Lowes!
