I've used this shop a few times (4) and always have had great service the staff is friendly and the work of the shop is excellent. They make the process easy, there was a rental waiting or someone would take me to it and when done I just dropped the rental off in their parking lot. I'd use them again and actually will be in the near future.

AV has done repairs to my car twice for damage from accidents, the first was to the back bumper and second front left fender. Both times the work was outstanding, the car looked like new. They even touched up some other minor damage to other areas complimentary. They really seem to know what they are doing, even for a high end car. Everybody working there was extremely professional, on point, and very friendly. I would go back here for future work without hesitation. Very nice waiting area too

I needed to take my 1999 Honda Accord in for repair after a hit and run incident.
As soon as I walked into Fix Auto Richmond Hill I noticed how clean and well organized the office was.
Not to mention the staff were very professional and helpful.
Although the owner was busy the other employees were very competent and welcoming.
Also, they are open Saturdays which is very convenient.
I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I was impressed with the attention to detail Darren and his team gave to my vehicle. The repair not only exceeded my expectations, but was completed in a timely fashion. Had a fantastic experience here, very nice people and do quality work. If you go in you will see for yourself the type of cars that they deal with. I had a terrible experience with a different auto body shop and then went here. I do not regret it. My car looks perfect!
