I am shocked by the poor reviews posted here. Very unfair ! I get breakfast at this Parksville location every Sunday morning then head to the park to eat. The drive through kids are so courteous, professional and quick. My order is always correct and I have found them to be vey fast. Much better than our other two drive thru restaurants.

I had bought skin care products from the store and the lady who helped us went above and beyond with giving me recommendations that are suitable for my skin, almost like a free consultation!
Great knowledge of their products, and they provided some free samples with my purchase for me to try out.

I was so grateful to Caroline and Katherine today! They both were very knowledgeable and lovely and I got exactly what I needed. This is a large shop with well trained and polite staff. I would not hesitate to return there. I sometimes feel these places are just there to upsell you - not here. They offer good old fair dealing.
