One of the best experience in Canada. Able to see the process of rustproofing is just amazing. The guys who do the job are well trained. Every nook and corner of the car is covered. I like the fact they give a full hand wash for a sparkle after the spray job. Took my car back to these guys for a tiny hidden spot they missed, they were glad to spray again with a free wash. The owner for this location Peter is a role model for other owners who lack customer service skills. The management of Krown should video record Peter to see how well he handles his customers. They should use the video as a training tool to teach customer service for new employees. The price is too good to cover the full car ( not just the under). Well ,i will go back again every year.

I own a 2008 Benz. All those people who have one and driver seat is busted;due to cheap fabric as the origin. MB will replacing the entire seat if you still covered under warranty. If not you are left to foot the bill. Go to Mike Upholstery and you can get this fix like brand new with better quality material for a fraction of the price.

I have been going to the Master Garage since 2011. They are very reliable with integrity. They do not ask you to perform any unnecessary repair/replace anything. Vehicle broke down in Barrie on a Friday morning when I arrived from out of town. My parents and spouse had used Marshall's in the past and were satisfied with the service so I contacted their office and explained my situation. I run a small business up north therefore had to be back on Sunday. They asked if I could bring the vehicle in right away and leave it with them. They had already started pricing parts before I arrived to expedite the repair process. Within 2 hours I received a call to advise that my truck was ready for pick up. My bill was fair and reasonable for the parts and labour completed on very short notice. I would recommend this company to anyone.
