We have come to trust Jay and his team of mechanics to take care of our business & personal vehicles. We appreciate their knowledge and expertise; we trust them completely! They take the time to go over the entire vehicle when it is on the hoist to ensure that we know exactly what needs to be done, and they alert us to preventative maintenance that should be done to avoid breakdowns. I can't recommend the staff and service at Sil's enough! As a woman, I've had negative experiences at the dealership...but here, I don't have to worry about being taken advantage of. Their service advisors explain the required work in a way that's easy to understand.
Little extras go a long way, too, like vacuuming and cleaning, pick up and drop off service, and even a complimentary roadside assistance program and extended warranty on work. Referrals are rewarded too!
I personally don't take the Go Train but they're located right next door so this would be really convenient if you leave your car there all day! This is a family business with family values.
