Imagine waking up and being able to read the time on your alarm clock without having to put your glasses on! Imagine going for a run and not having push your glasses back up your sweaty nose! Imagine going for a swim and being able to see the faces of those around clearly! These are things I can do now because I had laser corrective surgery at Coal Harbour Eye Centre. The staff are professional, friendly and full of knowledge. The whole experience was comfortable and rewarding. I would do it again in an instant!

Gotta love the Wrap Zone. They serve up wrap sandwiches with tasty ingredients and combinations to suit any palate. My particular favourites are the Thai Tanic with Chicken and the Bombay Curry with protein. The service is what you would expect in a quik-serve restaurant as is the decor and atmosphere. They are a little hard to find since they are below street level but once you visit once you'll know exactly where they are when you return for more! Just writing this makes me hungry to head to the Wrap Zone tomorrow! maybe you should to.

Wild Birds Unlimited is a great store for everything you can possibly need or want to feed the birds that visit your backyard. The staff are friendly, very knowledgeable about what birds are resident in Vancouver and when and more importantly what you need to put out to attract them to your yard. In addition, they offer an outstanding selection of every type of feeder you can imagine from a simple window ledge feeder through to a birds' version of an all you can eat buffet. But the products don't stop at feed and feeders. They also offer field guides, nature themed gifts, binoculars and all sorts of other products to appeal to the wild bird enthusiast in you. Even better...if you get really serious about feeding the birds in your backyard, like we have, you can stock up when the seed is on sale! By purchasing multiple bags they will keep a record of your purchase and let you come in and pick up a bag here and a bag there as you need it. Visit Wild Birds Unlimited is perfect for all your backyard bird feeding needs!

I was our first visit to this neighbourhood pub.
It is a small restaurant with low ceilings and panelled in dark wood. The seating is very comfortable. The menu is small, however it offers something for everyone.
We tried their signature dish "Oyster po' boy" ($15). It is served with a roasted tomato soup drizzled with rich basil oil. The dish was flavourful and nicely presented. The service was good and very friendly.

From 6 chiropractic offices I have visited in my life, Evolve Nurturing Vitality is far and away the best I have ever experienced. Excvellent all round. The view is what theya re known for but they have great service. I like the courtesy and we are impressed that they are consistet with it. Had the Lobester special which was a bargain for $34.

I love Taf's. It has a Berlinesque feel to it and is one of kind. Such a relief in this franchised world! AND There are not TV's in every corner annoying the patrons. The art and music adds a unique atmosphere which is very pleasurable. It has an underground feeling with cozy seating upstairs. I always go to TAF's when I'm Downtown.

We came here on a weeknight, for a friends birthday it was quite busy despite what we had heard. The atmosphere was very good, sort of bustling. The service was quite good as well even though they seemed very busy. The food was the winner of the day though with such a selection of appetizers it was hard to decide between snacking on selections like dungeness crab rice paper rolls, seared digby scallops and wild mushroom and goat cheese pate or going for the Entrees.. We chose a few of each and were not dissapointed
