I am so happy to see new management and a staff who strive for excellence. I have never had such a great coffee and service, the new staff members specifically Matt lives to create and experience for all who walk through the front door from his friendly greeting to his impeccable demeanor this person has brought back my faith in this Location.

This Second Cup location is popular and very busy during the week. Service is generally friendly and efficient. The tables and facilities are kept clean, even in winter when conditions outside get slushy.

We go to the Second Cup on Rochdale every time we are in Regina for the last few years. There is this really sweet couple that own it and work there together. The atmosphere is really great and so is the customer service. I stopped by again a few weeks ago as we were passing through - I found out that the couple had actually sold the store - I was sad that they wouldn't be there anymore - and I am crossing my fingers that the new owner is just as personable.
