Staff is helpful, friendly. The facility is clean and comfortable. Great product. the only negative would be difficulty in finding a parking spot at times.

Eric at Altis was friendly, reliable and had clear communication. I felt a good sense of trust.
He installed a ring doorbell for me and explained all the features including risks. He even helped set up the Ring app. In addition, our fan light was out and it was a complicated process to figure out the LED bulb that needed to be ordered. Eric offered to help, contacted his supplier and will be back to install it!
Overall very happy and would recommend Eric as a trusted professional!
