I ordered Yamaha digital piano P-45 stands online in Feb 2021 and intended the store pick up location is in Nanaimo. My dad and girlfriend have had repairs done there , they went above and beyond . My dad had is vehicle fixed and they located a used computer board used as saved him literally hundreds of dollars , my girlfriend is also very impressed . very fair and professional.

Staff had to fit me with a compression sleeve for my arm..didnt hve the one needed but went searching and found a substitute. Took their time and fit me right and offered suggestions to help healing. I had heard they were good thats why I went to them and they ARE excellent, also very kind and considerate. Would recommend them to anyone
