In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident. Nato Figliano the sales rep and Alex Semenchenko General Sales Manager were very helpful during our visit to the Prima Mazda in Woodbridge.
