Several months ago I had to get a mirror replaced on my old Toyota. They took me right in, got me to my work, and had the mirror installed by end of day. Great job. I had to get some scratches and dents removed on my brand new Mazda last month. They did an excellent job. I had another little incident in the same spot and they fixed it for free! I am so impressed with them. Lisa is the best! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for your help!

Dropped off at 7:20 AM this morning (Apr 07/21) - David was upfront about the wait time (based on quick inspection) - booked an appointment for (Apr 12/21) in case they could not get to it today/rest of the week and said it would be better not to drive. Up front about cost and emailed me the quote and that they could possibly get it done tonight by closing. Got the call it was ready - very impressed with the staff and the job that they did. I have used these guys multiple times & only once did I end up w/the wrong part & it's not a wonder when that phone doesn't stop ringing cpl'd with the continuous flow of customers walking through the door. Their yard guys are great, the desk guys' knowledge is over the roof, & they go the extra mile to make sure you leave a satisfied customer.

I had an electrical issue with my car which needed immediate fixing because of a personal matter. My brother brought me to The Car Salon. Their attention was prompt and accomodating. That alone made my day since we were rushing for something urgent. I was ready to pay the cost Id be hearing and in FEW MINUTES, I got called. It was fixed and ready. Im not gonna say how much but I would say this shop is very honest and professional. They only do their business-an HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS.

The team at Northland Volkswagen was great! I was buying a car from out of town and Carmen and Guy did a great job of answering all of my questions and making sure I felt 100% comfortable before making the trip to Calgary. Once I got in town and test drove the car, the purchase process was quick and easy. Northland was definitely the best dealership I dealt with while car shopping. 10/10; would make the drive out again in the future for another car.

OMG I am so amazed. Took my boyfriends truck here because the inside was sooo dirty (plus he is a smoker). Got a full interior detail hoping for the best. I never expected the inside of this truck to look brand new! I have no idea how they did it - the BEST by far! Not only does the truck look BRAND NEW, you can't tell he ever used to smoke - they even got the stains out of the seats! I am absolutely amazed at what a miraculous and spectacular job these guys did. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
