A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away.

Job well done at affordable price and the shop is located at very convenient location, close to Southland CTrain station. I will definitely return when I need to repair or maintain my car. Thank you so much Richard and Michael for your great job.

Dealing with Brendon, the appraiser made the whole experience simple and stress free. The repair was done on time and an excellent job.
