Bryon and his team are some of the nicest, friendliest, honest and hard working guys I've ever met. We received 3 landscaping quotes for our 2400 square foot front yard. Two of these quotes were from very large companies. Not only did Bryon come in competitively, but he actually knew what he was talking about too, which unfortunately could not be said for the other two companies, who were clearly just trying to take my money and provide the least amount of work for it. Highly recommend them!!!Lire plus
My husband and I have been going to The Pear Tree since we started dating as teenagers, and still head there at least once a year for kid-free date nights. Our lives have changed significantly over the past eighteen years, but the service and quality have remained top-notch. We dine at a lot of incredible restaurants in Vancouver, and the Pear Tree is still one of our favourites. Don't miss the spot prawn cappuccino! Lire plus
The vets and staff really took the time and cared about my dog Spyro, they all treated her so well. When she had to be put down due to illness and old age (18 y.o.) they were compassionate and sincere.
I am forever thankful to them for extending my little girls life and keeping her as active and healthy as possible right to the end.Lire plus

I called Artigiano today as I called many other Plumbing Co's for price quotes but this business was the cheapest & did a great job. I would reccomend them!Lire plus
This store opened recently as part of the revitalization of the area south of the Cambie Bridge. This is an interesting concept for the store that brought us the sprawling big box stores of the 'burbs that we have come to know and love. This store is on 1.5 levels on a smaller footprint and offers almost anything you can imagine for the do-it-yourself-er in an urban setting. In fact its the "almost" in the previous statement that costs this store a 5. It is true that they offer almost anything but if you want to do any larger projects involving copious amounts of lumber, landscaping stone, plants, soils and other landscaping materials you will still need to visit one of the big stores. All that aside, if you are looking for anything else this is a great store to hit, particularly given their location. My child and I particularly enjoy the monthly (every second Saturday) children's workshops where the kids get to build a fun, wood-based project. Afterward there are a myriad of options to pursue such as a walk at the sea-wall around False Creek or a hot chocolate at Starbucks. Check it out next time you're in the area and you will leave impressed!Lire plus
