Once again experience & professional staff yield real dividends. We had our winter tires installed yesterday and prior to doing so we enquired about the life expectancy of winter tires since we have been using the same winter tires for 5 years .Based on the miles driven and the manner in which the tires are stored during the summer (Xtreme Tire)we were assured that all was in order. My wife and I stopped in here on a whim about 5 years ago for an affordable oil change. We have never got anywhere else since and I ONLY trust Mike with my vehicle. This Meineke location has been reliable and dependable. Mike, the guy that runs the place is always willing to work with you to solve problems (mechanical or schedual) and doesn't try to upsell you. He has gotten us out of a dozen scrapes and only does the work that you tell him. 10/10 would recommend/trust this place.

Kevin came to our place in Burlington and would not leave till he found the issue with the elliptical we have. He was sure it did not need a part and/or a return visit, costing us more money. He found the issue and repaired it on the spot. The machine is running great now and we thank him and his diligence. Will call on him again for sure.

I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. I will go back next time I need help. Thanks
