last month we faced the worst day in a pet owners life. our beloved st. Bernard, Attila had to be put down. he was eleven plus years old. for a terrible day to be more positive experience is a huge feat. Dr. Goldie is an angel of mercy. her bedside manner and honest love of animals is apparent right away. well done Dr.Goldie. god bless you.

My dog seemed in pain & kept hiding,not acting like himself. I was out of town so I had to do an online search to find an ER vet. I'm so pleased I found this one with excellent service Dr. Noorlander provided,he's very caring & knowledgable. He did a thorough exam & didn't rush through. He took his time to explain things. I learned more in that vet visit than I have in many vet visits elsewhere in the past. The RVT Helma was so kind too. She was very courteous & put us both at ease (my dog & me)

We knew we needed to put our 20 year old cat down and were referred to Derry Heights. The nurse was so comforting and helped us make it through the process. The vet was a very nice man as well. He checked Ziggy and assured us that we were making the right decision. We thought she was in pain and he could see that she was. I would definitely refer people to them. Thanks for sending Zig over the rainbow bridge ??

I've dealt with a lot of vets in the last 11 years, and this is hands down the best clinic I've been to. They're caring, thorough, professional, and they never try to push anything on you. They give you your options and let you decide. Their prices are pretty good too!! I highly recommend any of the veterinarians at this clinic!!

We recently had our golden lab in. Diagnosed with a uterus infection that had very quickly gotten so bad it had 6lbs of infection in it. Dr G and his staff saved our dogs life. Our 6 year old girl saved by an amazing Dr and staff. Dr G's bedside manner is excellent. His customer service amazing. His caring is second to none. I can honestly say, this is the first veterinarian and clinic I would ever recommend. Ridgeway animal hospital is also very good.

Heartland is definitely a team who are doing exactly what they should be doing! Each and every member of this team showing constant compassion, professionalism, love for what they do..??. Dr Jess, Dr Natalie, Cassidy, Emily, Bianca, Nikki, Joanne, Christina…to name a few…you all hold such a special place in our hearts. I know Meeka is in the best hands!
