They quickly responded to my online quote request for 4-new tires, while 2 other companies that I requested online quotes from never bothered to respond. Darren and his crew went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied with the purchase and installation of the new tires, including lowering the spare tire on my 4-Runner to check and adjust the air pressure. Amazing sevice at the front desk! Pleasant knowledgable staff! I watched them deal diplomatically and patiently with some pretty difficult people. The manager took a look and was bang on with what was wrong. Gave me an immediate guestimate which was bang on. Imagine my surprise when the mechanic came to show me what was actually wrong with my water pump.
Super impressed with every bit of service i received, the price, and the way the staff took time to explain the issues with my car. Thanks!

Excellent service! Been bringing these guys my trucks for years, stock trucks to lifted diesels they do everything right. Some of the best in Kelowna. Great small run shop fast service well priced very knowledgeable in explaining everything done to your vehicle. Needed new brakes & a General check up as I was headed for Grande Prairie AB. so wanted to make sure Truck was in shape. They fixed the brakes & went over everything in detail & explained it all. My Dad took his truck to Rutland Auto for many years so I knew they did gook work & I will continue to take my truck there. Dave V.
