These people are angles. After having gone to other car mechanics I ended up at Art's Automotive more then 7 years ago. I just came back from them again and I must tell you how great they were. I was very pleased with the helpful and courteous staff at Adams Uptown Storage. Also the site is very clean, dry and secure. I had no qualms about leaving my belongings in their care. Although the restricted hours of access may be off putting to some people, but that added to my sense of security.

Jackie Brown was great. She was quick, answered all of our questions, and offered advice about how we could save money now and in the future.
She was very informative on the phone when we called before we went in.
She was very friendly and offered to help us with contacting ICBC to see why our insurance payments were higher than the last year that we insured our motor cycle.

Joe is amazing for his professional service. Although The body shop itself doesn't look super classy or anything, in fact when I first arrived and was thinking about turning back, the owner Joe greeted and consulted me with a friendly smile and solid confidence. The repairs were done beautifully two days later.
I left happy and would recommend to everyone who needs a good auto body shop!
