I love a good neighbourhood store. This shop has a huge selection of just about anything you could want. We have bought scores of shoes, winter boots and most recently I picked up a gorgeous pair of moccassins for my daughter - the kind of surprise where we buy them together and put them away for Christmas! This is the type os store that really does care about your business and wants to please. I would highly recommend them.

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.
