The entire experience from start to finish was seamless! Mark is amazing and went above and beyond to process my claim and get my car in and out super fast. The technicians are extremely talented and I couldn't believe they got the dents out! I had 3 dents in and awkward spot on my car (on the frame above the rear passenger door) and have no idea how they got there. Nevertheless i am extremely happy with the customer service and the entire process. I can't say enough good things! Thank you guys!

My husband and I had excellent service with Derrick Dodge. We had a car accident and had to replace our car. We had difficulties with our credit because of our destroyed car. Paul Menezes did everything he could to make our purchase not only comfortable but successful. And Paul, thanks for coming in on your day off. I have gone to the Oliver Square/Brewery District location. So far I've had 5 appointments, ngl I hurt like crazy the first few sessions but I'm starting to feel the benefits now. Both Dr. Cherubini and Dr. Velenosi are so kind and gentle. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond for their patients. Thank you for helping me get my life back. I highly recommend this type of treatment. Its less invasive and very gentle.

I had my 2011 Dodge Ram in to get repaired. I had an amazing experience with the office staff and the mechanics. They fixed my truck better then it was before, on time, informative, and worked well with the insurance company. Would I recommend this shop for other customers? Yes I would. I won't take my vehicles any where else now.
