From booking the service all the way through to payment, everything was smooth and easy. Because of them, my Great Grandmother could attend my wedding ceremony and be apart of my special day. Both the Customer Care Rep, Melissa, and the Audiologist, Lindsey, were welcoming and friendly. I could not get my ears tested on my first visit because of impacted wax. They advised me on what to do before getting my ears flushed at a local clinic, and patiently rebooked my appointment. Eventually, I was able to get the tests done and earned 150 AirMiles, too. Each time I was there, I was treated like a valued client. I would definitely recommend NexGen Hearing!

I have been receiving help from Joseph Eliezer and I am very grateful for the positive effect it has had on my life. I was dealing with a very dysfunctional family and it was causing me great grief. It was interfering with my daily life. It was great to be able to discuss very personal things that I would be embarrassed to share with anyone. He was non judgemental and helped me find solutions that best suited me.

A friend of mine referred me to Jeff Di Lorenzo because he was able to help her when no one else was. I had called a few other mortgage brokers before Jeff and none of them gave me the information Jeff did. He answered all my questions, gave me great advise that helped me in my current position and advised me for future decisions as well. I have been going to Maple Ridge Physio and Pain clinic since 2007, Edwin and David are very knowledgeable and supportive. They offer a wide range of treatmenta and their Kinesiology team is great as well. This is the only place I will go when I have an injury or pain, I highly recommend them!
