This place was really cool. It's a giant CrossFit place with tons of unique equipment and ideas as well as an entire side for boxing. Everytime I come in I'm working with a trainer so I like that. The people are really friendly and they know their stuff!

Yaron at Seikinesis is a brilliant and gifted practitioner who has done more for my health and well-being than I could have dreamed possible. Dr Kotecha is what one calls a “truly painless Dentist” . A very nice individual with a really great staff starting right from the moment you walk in. The receptionist, Jen, greets every patient like a member of family, makes you feel right at home. Lovely place, lovely people. Even with my aversion to dentists I don’t mind an appointment here. The best!
