I visited this location to repair the screen of my M1 Pro, and the outcome was exceptional. The diagnosis was quick and conducted with utmost honesty. What sets this shop apart from others is their practice of diagnosing and opening the MacBook right in front of the customer. You can discuss any issue regarding your MacBook directly with the staff. Fully recommended. Excellent, professional and friendly customer service. Took my laptop to a couple places before I went to see The Computer Guys. They not only misdiagnosed issue but wanted to rip me off as those places usually do. Not in this place. Mark was very professional and reasonable. I will give them business again By far the Computer Repair shop I have ever been to in Vancouver.
