Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. A review comprises of the overall shopping and customer service experience. I must applaud the team working at NO Frills (Harvard Road, Guelph) on Tuesday evening 29 December 2020 for assisting me in restarting my car in the bitter cold of -10 C. My car battery refused to work and I asked for help from the customer service. In no time a team of young employees got together and helped to resolve the difficult situation ensuring my safe return home. Thankyou one and all you were all amazing.
