I have been using Chapmans for all of my pharmacy needs since 1996 and I would recommend them to anyone. They have always been willing to go that "extra mile" to see that all my medication and pharmacy are met. My husband has some serious health issues, so it is a good feeling to know that I can count on the staff at Chapmans to ensure that his refill reminders are handled on time, and all medications are available when needed. Great service! My current pharmacy could not fill a prescription for 3 weeks for a drug I was currently using and could not interrupt. We called Philbrook Pharmacy and Ming confirmed they had the drug we required and after having the other pharmacy transfer the order, Philbrook filled the order within an hour and called us for pickup.

I’ve never had a problem with any of the staff. The cashiers make friendly conversation and the pharmacists will make sure to pull you aside for a talk if they are concerned about something. It’s a nice feeling.
