This is a small but excellent restaurant. Reservations are not taken and it fills up fast on most evenings. Get there early or don't count on getting in.

Super homey and the staff were amazing and super kind. I ordered number 26 (I can't remember the name) the waffle was cooked well pancake was a nice size and perfect and the French toast was also quite good, the coffee was perfect nice and delicate and not to strong. I highly recommend.

First off , local knowledge , we asked the front desk they said GO TO ELK VALLEY!! Second we phoned through the order , polite and professional staff not only got the order perfect but it was ready the time they said it would be , now on to the pizza , I can honestly say aside from making our own pizza this was by FAR the most flavorful and fresh set pizza's we have had in Canada the cheese was " proper" cheese not that plastic stuff the big chains use . The meats and veggies super fresh and the dough just right , I mean it must have been good for me to leave a comment right , to sum up " go there it's awesome pizza !"

Amazing pizza, pasta and salad. We recently had a very tasty meal and highly recommend! The pizza had tons of yummy mozzarella cheese, and the crust seemed liked authentic Italian crust! Pasta tasted homemade and was cooked perfectly.

Excellent customer service WOW factor every time you go there ! I love the fact I can get my car looked after so fast and perfect . The knowledge of oil changes and all your car or truck needs are over the top ! Thank you for the best in the west !!:)

Just purchased a 2018 Dodge Journey Gt from the Cranbrook Kia dealership. Crystal and the rest of the team worked very hard and diligent to get me in to a way more reliable vehicle before the winter comes. They even delivered it to the local insurance agency in my neck of the woods. I 100% recommend bringing your business here. You wont regret it.

I'd like to say from the start that I've no affiliation with this company.
I'd not been to Cranbrook Photo for a couple of years, and I kick myself for that. I wandered in looking for a tripod mount and to ask a few questions. I couldn't have found a more helpful bunch of people. I was there about 30 minutes and could have happily stayed longer. They answered a number of other questions that I had, and couldn't do enough for me. They had the part I needed, and suggested some solutions to other problems I was having.
I've never been to a place with such good customer service as they make you feel as if you are the only important person in the store. You can probably tell I'll be going back again in the future.

I tried out several local places (several times each), but I always ended up with a look that I didn’t like, many many professional haircuts that were sometimes embarrassing. Finally gave mark a chance and not only did I find the haircut/style I liked, but I was proud to say I received the best haircut I had ever had. He always trims my beard and hair better than I have ever received elsewhere. I stay with mark because he’s proven himself with my high standards, over and over again.

Spent the afternoon at Urban Roots enjoying the Urban Essential Package. The staff are very friendly and Alana was one of the best estheticians I have been to. What a relaxing way to spend an afternoon, I'll be back!

I am disabled and do not drive. I have been using Columbia Courier since I moved to Cranbrook in August and found them to be courteous, hard working and friendly. If I need groceries, I email them a list and where the items are, and they do the shopping for me and bring it to my door. I highly recommend them.

Frank and his crew just roofed our house. our house is a two story old house outside of town 60km. It was 2 day job . we are very happy with the job done. The price of the job was exactly as the quote.

I hired Stahl electric to do lighting and ventilation in my home salon. They showed up in a timely manner and were very fast and clean. I had them come back later on to do some odd jobs around our house and they were very professional. Nicky and Mark were a dream to work with!!

We too dropped our 8 year old labradoodle off last minute to spend overnight while my husband and I dipped in the pools at Fairmont. She was able to accommodate us with no problem. Prices are more than reasonable. It's a beautiful property and my dog seemed to feel right at home! Thank you so much for taking care of our boy!

Have eaten there several times with the burrito bowl being my favorite having a great homemade flavor. Nice quaint restaurant with an order at the counter style, I suspect to keep overhead down. Food is prepared and brought to the table by one of the friendly personnel. I drive from Cranbook to have lunch there enjoying their Mexican cuisine.
