After our vehicle began having issues just before getting to Stettler (on our way to Ont), the staff were exceptional in getting a diagnosis, parts that were needed and the work completed. From the time we limped in the dealership, until we were on our way, was 2 quick hours!!! Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome as well as getting us back on the road. I would rate it 4 1/2 stars. I have had very good service many times. Once in a while, they are short staffed and the checkout line is long. The staff are very helpful and always busy, never lazy.
