I have had treatmentsl on my lip and chin (10 treatments) at a different place with no results so I decided to try out tropicalaser. I was sceptical at first because because of the pricing , for lip chin underarms and Brazilian I was paying about 370 at the other place per treatment and tropicalaser quoted me about the same for all those area plus legs. I have had one treatment on my face and it's ten days and I haven't shaved in 3. Thank you tropicalaser for giving me back my confidence

I was helped by Devlyn in choosing a walking stick. She was efficient, thoughtful and had a good sense of humour. Took time explain how to adjust the cane, walk with it and answered my questions regarding other products in the shop. I was grateful for her empathy and kindness. Anita

Jean did an amazing job. I felt comfortable enough to actually explain what I was wanting to get done, and he listened!
After a ton of bad experiences at other salons, it was a relief to finally find a stylist that I want to go back to. Thank you Jean for NOT cutting off inches of my hair when I only wanted a trim, and for getting the colour and cut just right. Super thrilled for the hair I get to live with for the next couple of months.

Dr. Ashim Goswami came to the rescue when I had a dental emergency on the long weekend. He took the time out of his day off to help with my dental emergency. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the upcoming plan and that all my questions and concerns were answered. I went here today to get a manicure. It was only $30 but I tipped the girl $10. She was very polite and sweet, and explained to me what she was doing. Only problem I had was it was the polish was a bit messy but this was probably because I told her I was running later than expected for an appointment. I'd go again when I have more time because they have really decent rates and a decent-looking staff
