Last night our hot water tank went out! I called Complete around 9:15 Saturday morning and they were at our home 20 minutes later.It doesnt get any better than that.They quickly diagnosed the problem.It was a switch that had been tripped.I wasnt even charged.This was the second time we have used them,and I would highly recommend them!

Aston team installed two furnaces, heat pump and instant water heater. My good experience started from the moment when Patric came by and down the road including all the installations and fixing some minor issues with my heat pump which survived my massive home renovation. I'd like to thank all the guys who answered my questions and installed the equipment. Irv came and cleaned our ducts, furnace, and dryer ventstoday. 5 star experience 100% happy with his work. We had THREE birds' nests in our dryer vent and it was pretty much all blocked. Our furnace vents were in a shameful state. Already noticed that the house smells better ... Thankful we didn't fire up the furnace in our house before Irv came. Irv went the extra mile, explained his work to us and didn't cut corners.

Your two employees, Richard and Jeremy were here today to take away my old toilet and replace it with a new one that I purchased at Home Depot. They were friendly and competent and explained everything to me. They left my bathroom in good shape with all the extra cardboard, etc. cleaned up and taken away.
