Great experience with timelines set and were kept as promised, from first visit to time my car was ready. Updates were clearly communicated via text messages. Communications was excellent. My dad and girlfriend have had repairs done there , they went above and beyond . My dad had is vehicle fixed and they located a used computer board used as saved him literally hundreds of dollars , my girlfriend is also very impressed . very fair and professional.

West shore transmission built me a bad transmission and would not fix the problem. I took it to Carl and Jason at sooke centre auto they found broken,damaged and used parts in my trans. They went over and above to get it done with a 3 week booked schedule. Got it done in 3 days and it is an awesome trans. Thanks for the service.

Stumbled upon this shop as i was looking for a place to get my car fixed. They were ICBC accredited and the staff was really nice and helpful so i decided to use them. No pain, leave the car take their courtesy car and got a call back within a week to pick up. Everything was fixed like brand new and car was back to 100%!

Sall's very knowledgeable and experienced. A very busy place, small setup allowing max 2 cars to be serviced at a time. However, he spares time to explain the problem, gives you options and recommendations. I got my tires replaced and also fixed my door lock, both jobs well done

A while back, but wanted to tell my story. I had a WRX and two different repair shops had quoted me $2800 to replace my steering. Brought it to Starr to have it done, An hour later I got a call, it was only a missing o-ring, it was sucking air, hence the steering problem. $45 charge. I love Starr Automotive!
