My wife got into an accident on a Wednesday night. I took the car into Tom’s on Friday and they did their estimate right away. By Monday, Tom’s called me up to set an appointment. I brought it in on Tuesday and they called me Wednesday evening to say it was ready for pick up.
The ICBC Customer Claims Specialist said “Wow, that was really quick! That is one of the fastest claims to repair ever.” And the repair looks GREAT. Absolutely zero complaints. Very happy.

This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO!
