After going around to a few different facilities in the area this one was my ending choice. Their excellent customer service as well as there large equipment selection and no wait times. As soon as i walked in the doors i was greeted by a very friendly staff. The MMA program was what i initially went in for definitely met my standards. As well I walked out with a Gym and MMA package that was half the price of anything else i had gone to see in the day. The fact that it is 24 hours also played in to my decision there, cant complain about being able to let myself into the facility whenever i would like. I would definitely recommend Achieve Fitness and Xtreme MMA to everyone

I started working out with Heather shortly after my second son's first birthday, and she quickly got me back into my pre-pregnancy shape. The group classes are an affordable way to enjoy personal training. My favourite part - the workouts are gentle, but intense and the results are great! Best of all, Heather really cares about all her client's health and well being, it is her passion to keep people well and it shows! Thanks for keeping me Simply Fit Heather!

It's a great gym and uplifting environment. I use the salt water pool, hot tub and steam room the most and my body thanks me!

I can’t rate Brody and Android Bodies highly enough. I go to Android Bodies every weekday unless I’m out of town, it is my home away from home and friends and family who have come to try it for a week have stayed. Considering that I look forward to going every day, the membership on a cost per use basis ends up being way cheaper than ones I used to pay for and never use.
